What it does:

Choosing Calls & Lines will cancel all call charges and line rental billing by BT and move the services to an alternative carrier. You will start to receive one bill showing line rental and itemised calls rather than two separate bills. This will not effect your lines or any of the services you have. We will continue to support those services and will itemise these charges on your bill.

How it works:

  • We will continue to support and bill BT Select Services you have set up on the line such as call waiting, call barring etc
  • You will receive one bill showing line rental and all call charges making your billing processes simpler
  • The service is provided at the local BT exchange meaning that no equipment needs to be installed at your premises and no change will occur to your lines
